BOOKING

Guests occupancy is capped at a maximum of 15 people. This is in accordance to local laws in place. Each guest that will be present on the property MUST be listed on the reservation upon booking. 

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept reservations for prom groups or groups of guests under the age of 25. 

ATV’S are not permitted for use on the property and will be grounds for terminating the reservation immediately. 

The only material permitted for burning in the fire pit is natural untreated wood. There are many local options fur purchasing large quantities of pre-split wood for very little cost. We will not tolerate the burning of any other materials at the risk of releasing toxins into the environment. Please do not leave the property or go to bed without the fire being completely put out.  

You are completely surround by beautiful wildlife and nature. Please be respectful and also aware of your actions. For safety reasons, please also be conscious of leaving food and and valuables out overnight. 

Between each reservation the house is properly cleaned prepared for the next guests. At the end of your reservation we ask that you discard of any perishable foods, turn the lights off, and leave all used towels and linens together on the floor in each room. Please also lock the doors behind you when exiting. You will be charged a flat cleaning fee when booking so we only ask that you follow these few guidelines when leaving. 

Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 12pm. If you are in need of an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time, please contact us prior to booking so we can guarantee the ability to make that accommodation for you. We do provide a self check-in service. Upon booking, you will be provided with a personal access code to the house for locking and unlocking. There is surveillance on the outside of the perimeter of the property  for everyone’s safety.
